After consistently training with Simone 3 to 4 times a week for more than a year, I feel so much stronger and healthier. In the past I have started fitness plans but then lost motivation after a couple of months. Simone keeps her workouts dynamic and challenging and different every time! I’ve made some great friends in her classes, which is an unexpected bonus that keeps me accountable and coming back every week. I highly recommend both her personal training sessions and group classes.
