I do a personal training session with Simone twice a week for 45 minutes a session. Very handy having someone turn up at your home, on time with all the gear, which made the training difficult to avoid! The training was exceptional – I improved muscle strength and flexibility and flattened my stomach. But best of all was the improvement in my mental well-being; from the regular training; the contact with Simone; and from the improved fitness. I would recommend this training to anyone –far better than a gym and much easier to attend when you have a busy work schedule.
