After school drop off join locals in the park for low impact strength whilst enjoying some vitamin D!
After a warm-up we put on boxing gloves, turn up the tunes and get our hearts pumping with a boxing bag session. Then it’s onto strength exercises using free weights, body weight and other easy to use equipment. No session would be complete without abdominal exercises (my favourite!). Then it’s a stretch and cool down. No experience is necessary and full guidance is provided.
Just bring water and a towel. Boxing gloves available to borrow.
