My sessions go for 45 minutes. I don’t waste time on lengthy warm ups and cool downs but maximise the time so you can the most out of your workout.

I advise you to wear comfortable clothing which allows you to move freely. The classes are conducted on a soft surface in a dojo so no shoes are allowed. There are many benefits of training in bare feet. It strengthens the stabilising muscles of the foot and ankle and makes them stronger.
