My experience is backed by a Certificate IV and Master Trainer Level 1 qualifications from the Australian Institute of Fitness (AIF).

Fit with boxing
Thank you for contributing in such a wonderful way in my quest for fitness. I can’t believe I’ve found an exercise class that I’m willing to wake up for!
The training was exceptional
I do a personal training session with Simone twice a week for 45 minutes a session. Very handy having someone turn up at your home, on time with all the gear, which made the training difficult to avoid! The training was exceptional – I improved muscle strength and flexibility and flattened my stomach. But best of all was the improvement in my mental well-being; from the regular training; the contact with Simone; and from the improved fitness. I would recommend this training to anyone –far better than a gym and much easier to attend when you have a busy work schedule.
I feel stronger and healthier
After consistently training with Simone 3 to 4 times a week for more than a year, I feel so much stronger and healthier. In the past I have started fitness plans but then lost motivation after a couple of months. Simone keeps her workouts dynamic and challenging and different every time! I’ve made some great friends in her classes, which is an unexpected bonus that keeps me accountable and coming back every week. I highly recommend both her personal training sessions and group classes.
I love the SIMplyFIT classes
I love the SIMplyFIT classes. Simone is the most experienced and committed trainer I know. I train three times a week as part of the group sessions. Simone makes every session different – she always has a new exercise up her sleeve – so they never get boring and every muscle gets a look in! I am getting stronger each week and I’m meeting a great bunch of fun people too.
Great for cardio and strength
SIMplyFIT classes are great for cardio and strength with the combination of boxing and body weight exercises. No class is the same which I feel is the best feature of Simone’s classes. This makes the classes interesting, challenging and shows Simone’s consideration to our training. I always come away from the classes feeling glad I attended.
