Strength and Boxing training. (No experience necessary)
Our group classes take place on soft flooring, which means you can leave your runners at home!
Exercising in bare feet promotes your sense of balance, improves muscle alignment, and lessens the chance of injury. After a warm-up we put on boxing gloves, turn up the tunes and get our hearts pumping with a boxing bag session. Then it’s onto strength exercises using free weights, body weight and other easy to use equipment. No session would be complete without abdominal exercises (my favourite!). Then it’s a stretch and cool down. No experience is necessary and full guidance is provided.
Just bring water and a towel. Boxing gloves available to borrow.
